HOW IT WORKS – WE OFFER FLEXIBLE COMMISSIONS!
Upon signing your Exclusive Right to List Agreement you will agree to a buyer’s agent commission of 2.5%. (Some seller’s offer 3.0% which would total a 5.0% commission). Brevard County Realty receives a 2.0% commission. We always give the buyer’s agent more!
You may sign up for a 3 or 6 month listing. We also offer the traditional 6.0% full service commission which would be split 3.0% to each realtor. At anytime if you are not satisfied with our services you may cancel at no charge.
Competitive Market Analysis
Brevard County Realty will prepare a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) that will show what buyer’s are willing to pay in this current market. The price of the home is the key to selling your home and should be based on condition and location.

Preparing your home to sell and ensuring that it shows well to prospective buyers will attract higher offers and a potentially faster sale. We will offer useful tips and recommendations, as well as helpful advice for “staging” your home, if desired.

Along with the internet, print advertising is another essential piece of the puzzle. At Brevard County Realty we market our properties weekly in the Florida Today Sunday paper with a distribution of 100,000 readers not to mention the online digital version circulation database.
We will seek financial qualifying information on all buyers submitting purchase offers on your property. Our goal is to prequalify or pre-approve every buyer who is looking to buy a home.
APPRAISAL AND INSPECTIONS
Once an offer has been agreed upon between the buyer and seller, there are inspections, appraisals, disclosures, and many other items required before closing can occur. We will guide you through this process, to include follow through and coordination of lender details. We want your transaction to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible so that you may remember it as an enjoyable experience!
SETTLEMENT AND CLOSING
Once the inspections, appraisal, and lender requirements are met, the time comes to close on your home. The lender prepares the documents to sign. Signing the documents will enable the loan to take place, and for title to transfer to the Buyer in the form of a deed. We will be there for you through the entire transaction.
